Picked Riley up from her summer program today and I was told by one of the leaders that 2 of the girls were bickering and Riley jumped right in and said “Hey, we all need to try to get along here and be friends.” And it worked lol

UGH! Keira was up ALL NIGHT!
Yes, ALL NIGHT. Ok, maybe not All night – she woke up at 2am-ish and we’re still awake. This is what we get for taking her out in the sun all day, feeding her junk, spending her college fund on bounce house tickets and letting her swim for an hour before dinner. The more she does, the less she sleeps!

Jess, this makes it easy to add information from the front – very cool. Just wish they made a plugin for it.

EDee Bruns I think because they are having fun while we are still worrying about the bills, if they are getting enough water, the last time everyone pee’d, if we’re going to need to use the public bathroom, what time is it, is there anything here they will/can eat, did I forget to take something out of the freezer for dinner, now I have to pee, no you can’t have everything you see, stop touching that, we look with our eye’s on our hands, get that out of your mouth, because I said so, yes we can do all those things, but we have to do them one at a time ……….

The conversation was extremely pleasant up until I said this:
Me (Phone Support): I see the problem Sir. This is an easy fix, you have the device plugged into the printer port, you need to plug it into the Com Port using the cable provided and then we can test it.
Client yelling: WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT! This is absurd. Give me ONE GOOD REASON, JUST ONE, WHY I CAN’T PLUG THIS INTO THE PRINTER PORT!?!?!
Me (Phone Support): It’s not a printer.
Client Yelling continued.

Me (Phone Support): Sir, I can help you with that. You need to remove cable A from slot B and put the cable in slot A. Then do the same with cable B. And you’ll be all set. If you can do this now, I’ll test it.
Client: Loud Sigh. I can’t do that. People kept tripping over the cables so I Super Glued them into the machine. Do you think that will void my warranty?

Shocked the Hell out of Riley yesterday.
Told her she was a big girl, she knows what to eat and when. There is no reason why she has to ask for a cookie or piece of fruit. If she wants something to eat, go get it. She’s a smart girl and I trust her. Also put the fear of God into her just in case she gets any ideas to misuse that trust!

1. No Tenure / No Pension – A Congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they are out of office.
2. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security – All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.
3. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
5. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.
6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 1/1/12.
The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen. Congressmen made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.
