After Keira’s Birthday Party we were all sitting around talking. Keira walks into the middle of my parents living room and says “Thank You. Good Night.” and waves to everyone. lol
Um ok. I guess we’re leaving.

Keira gets out of the pool.
Me: do you want to dry off and go inside?
Keira: No, exercise workout.
Me: Yeah, because you know, SWIMMING is neither of those!

… and she’s back in the pool.

First person in the pool is the first person to sit and Mama’s new noodle chair.

Seriously, Keira hasn’t joined in this much of a conversation in her life!
Keirs coming out of her room this morning: Time to open presents!
Me: Not yet. Tonight …
Keira: at ah party ah Nana Papas.
Me: Right. First we’ll have dinner …

Me thinking: balloons are going to shock the hell out of her. She didn’t think of those.

Keira wants to jump in the pool.
The sun is refusing to come out!

Me: Sure you go for it. Enjoy the hypothermia!!

Keira and I are snuggling in the big chair watching Doctor Who.
It’s an episode about the Pope in Vatican City, Keira start speaking in Italian. I didn’t know she had any Italian vocabulary.

First day of summer vacation – Keira is awake at 5am.

Keira has decided that Vacation begins today …. and I’m tempted to let her.
(Or at least let her skip Wednesday, since she never understands a half day – leaving before lunch.)

Keira can spend all day playing at camp in the 90 degree sun, swimming (under water) for hours on end and it doesn’t wear her out like 3 hours at Nana and Papa’s house.

Then they read Keira’s paper.

Me: Really?
Keira: Where are the paints?
Guess she figures she has to show me or I’ll never learn lol

Riley asked for 5lb weights, before we got them home, Keira decided they were hers …. and somehow she knows how to use them.
Need to go back and get Riley 5lbs weights.
