They started the communication board today with Treasure – it obvious. She came home and said “I want”, then named everything in the book.
Example: “I want Food, Potty, Go Out, Go In, Boots On …..” LOL I’m sure she’ll get it.

Keeper is STILL insisting that her ribs are broken – after failing to properly execute a new side kick, landing hard on her chest – and ONLY ice cream can help!
{she is going to be SO BLACK AND BLUE tomorrow!}

Yesterday was sunny, but I spent most of it inside (not that I’m an outside person) taking video of TaeKwonDo! LOVE IT!
Need some sun today to get motivated – really motivated. Not just fold a few loads of wash motivated.
The sun does my outlook and attitude good. Of course all Discovery is showing today is Alaska – Worse than Maine!
Can’t wait for sun, I don’t even need warmth, I just need sun!
I have my yellow glasses on – lets hope it helps 🙂
Also making a point of smiling every time I think of it – which surprisingly helps a lot.
