QUICK DINNER — Create Your Own Signature Mini Pie (and an easy way to get rid of leftovers!)
Mix 1/2 cup of Bisquick, 1/2 Cup of Milk, and 2 eggs together for a base. (put about 1 tablespoon in each muffin cup)
Top with about 1/4 cup of any “fillings” you want. – Cheeseburger, Pizza, BLT, Chicken and Veggies, etc…. You can mix it up in the pan (any meat should already be cooked)
Then top with one more tablespoon of the “Bisquick Mixture” – and bake at 375 for 25-30. It’s a great way to get rid of your leftovers! These can also be frozen! Just pop them into the microwave for a quick meal on the go!

Riley is attempting to do her homework, Keira puts her stinky feet on the table.
Riley: MOM!!
Me: Keira, feet off the table.
Keira starts reaching across the table just hardly not touching Riley’s homework.
Riley: MOM!!
Me: Keira, cut it out!
Keira, takes her feet and starts shoving the table into Riley.
Riley: MOOOOOOOM!!!
Yeah, she seems so out of touch until she starts bugging her sister! Lol

My dream from last night Charity Carlson Hirst…

My dream from last night.
Charity Carlson Hirst and I were working in a factory, very happily working in a factory. Then we started to notice people from our passed showing up and the factory turned into a kind of revival, but this revival gave me the heebie jeebies and I grew up Pentecostal – so that‘s saying something.
Anyway, Charity and I started to make our way to the back of the building to make our escape when I caught the gaze of Amanda Carlson and a “What the Hell” look (and as Amanda reads this she is making that look!). So I nudged Charity with my elbow and some how I just knew she was going to cause a diversion to get Amanda out. Suddenly something happened on the other side of the room and Amanda was beside us and we ran for it.
The rest of the dream was sitting around with a bunch of other folks from our passed, laughing until we cried. A few attending: Judy Carlson, Tina Coley Richardson, Julie Williams, Rachel Carlson, Shannon Carlson, Melissa Sturgeon Nowak, Carrie Sturgeon. Along with Jessica & Jamie Tellarini, Pam Fuller Richardson – it was nice to see you all again, we should do it in reality sometime. And I WOKE UP before Stephanie Thompson Heatley got there – OF COURSE!

Let’s see Dropped one kid at school took…

Let’s see. Dropped one kid at school, took the other to the dr. After dropped that kid at school, went home to get paperwork, turned around and picked up the other kid from school, dentist, McD’s drive through – no cavities, dropped her back off at school, 37 emails. Need to get some work done in the next hour and a half! lol
