Damage done to smart phone by 4 year…

Damage done to smart phone by 4 year old daughter, with a diagnosis of autism:
Locked out Voice Control
Locked out Ability to place calls
Locked out 2 credit cards
Removal of several widgets
Filled memory to capacity
Updated RAM (well that was nice of her, but apparently that had to be done to complete the list above.)
Between Verizon Customer Service, Verizon Tech Support and Samson Tech Support, they have been able to unlock Voice Control, reinstate ability to make out going calls, removed unwanted aps, widgets and other.
However, I’m told there are upwards of 25 steps to lock out a credit card via the phone and it would have to be done twice from the beginning to lock out each card – along with RESETTING the default password, which would need to be entered correctly TWICE.
But it took an Entire Year of therapy to teach her how to ask for a cookie – when PROMPTED!
