Dear President Obama & Mr. Boehner,
I have a solution to your problem. Pack up Congress, head to the nearest military base and board the first transport to the middle of Afghanistan. You will stay there, live together in tents, no A/C, eat rations and have NO CONTACT with the USA until you learn to play NICE and fix this problem.
