Keira insisted on going to Target to get socks for Nana Sue. She even knew where they were!!
We never know exactly what Keira picks up on or understands. She gets the idea of gift giving, but what Sue said and what Keira picked up on that made her think that Socks were a perfect gift for her Nana, we may never know.
