Explaining Treasure
People don’t understand that Treasure doesn’t understand language and explaining it becomes difficult when she response to some commands.
For example: Daddy says “Treasure, do you want salad with Daddy?”
Treasure goes to the table and sits down because of course she wants salad with Daddy.
BUT if Daddy says “Treasure do you want to make a salad with Daddy?”
Treasure goes to the table and sits down expecting a salad.
AND if Daddy says “Treasure what‘s in a salad”
Treasure will go to the table and expect a salad.
Treasure understands the word salad and expects that one is going to appear.
