April 20 Look Alike Day
AND Volunteer Recognition Day

Sister Wives is my new obsession. It scares me. It’s like a bad accident that you just can’t turn away from.
It’s not the polygamy that gets me, that seems fine. It’s not for me, but that’s not the point. It’s the Male Dominant, Islamic Extremist-like, Religious Control over women that grinds on my nerves.
It’s mind boggling. It’s like there’s only one guy in this little village of single moms and he has all the control. I don’t see what they get from it – 1) they have to share him. 2) they have to work. I mean if you’re going to have to share your guy, he should at least take care of all your needs.
And they are all smart women?!?! If they were all dumb blonds I could see it, but wow!
I’ve heard the words “I thought we were going to get in trouble” about 80 times. What happens when these wives get in trouble? Seriously? Are they children? He’s lucky to have 1 wife, he had 4 and they are worried about getting in trouble? They’re supporting him! Let’s see him pay child support for 16 kids. Which is another thing I don’t understand, first its 13 kids now there is16 kids – which is it? I’m sure with 4 wives you can jump 3 kids in 1 year, but I only see one baby.
Anyway, I’m trying to find it to rent – because, well you know, it’s like a bad accident …. I just can’t look away.

Where has the day gone!!!
We made brownies – and ate far to many.
We decorated t-shirts
We went outside
We planted more seeds
But it doesn’t seem like it should even be lunch time yet.

Busy, busy day planned. The girls and I are going to 1) make brownies. 2) decorate t-shirts. 3) plant seeds in baseball card holders. 4) get outside at some point to do homework.

The Vampire Dream
It starts out that I’m visiting Rachel and her boy-friend, but it’s not Matt. It’s another guy who is older and I don’t like him. Something about him rubs me the wrong way. As I’m leaving, Sister Tucci is walking up the stairs of Rachel’s apartment with a dark cloud over her head and she’s wearing a black trench coat and a black brimmed hat – like the Marlboro man, but in black. I stop, give her a hug and I ask how long she had lived in this building and she says something like “I don’t because the end is here.”Like the end is right here! Not near, but like walk 2 more steps and you’ll fall off the END of the earth, kind of here. So I smile and tell her I’m off to work, give her another hug and off I go.When I get to work – and I have no idea where I’m going or what I do there – I see Missy Sturgeon and Jessica Tellarini and they tell me that they just finished their shift, but there is something odd going on so to keep my eye’s open (Have no idea why all these people are in my dream)I was in a large mall, not one I’ve ever been in before, possibly the mall from the movie Mannequin. I’m running from something, but I’m not sure what, when I man – who I’m now assuming was supposed to be one of the Doctor Who’s – grabbed me and pulled me to him covering my mouth with his gloved hand and told me to be quiet if I wanted to live. Since I in fact did want to live, I followed his instructions and he removed his hand from my mouth. We continued to run and run until whatever it was caught me and then I blacked out. Keep in mind, I’m dreaming so blacking out is rather an odd thing to do when you are technically not conscious. When I awoke – in the dream – I was tied up. The fellow who I’m assuming was “the Doctor”. Told me I was bitten by a vampire and now I was also a vampire so I must stay tied up until dawn. Seconds later it was dawn. Now he explained since I was a vampire, but I did not kill and suck blood before dawn of the first day, I was not an evil vampire – I would never crave blood or the kill, and as luck would have it I could go out in sunlight and I would live forever. Honestly all I could think of was “I REALLY NEED TO CALL CHARITY!!!”
So now I can go back to my family and my normal day, but since vampires can sense when another is near, I have to protect my family from the bad vampires while making alliances with good vampires and never telling my family. And to top it all off Rachel’s boy friend- yup good vampire, jerky human and if they have a child that child would be a hybrid and everyone thinks that would make the world come to an end. Jessica – another vampire, she was trying to warn me without tipping Missy off. Jessica and I have to keep Rachel from having a child with this good vampire guy, but work with him every night as we save the world AT THE MALL!!!
In the end, I guess Letty was right, the end was right there – somewhere.
