What the HELL is happening to StuckAtHomeMom.com?

I can’t post anything with punctuation or anything copied and pasted from Word/NotePad to Add Post or it doesn’t save anything after the ‘.
To make it worse all my old posts have this strange {{ & # 8 217;?}} code where there should be a ‘.
I can’t fix open old posts because the stupid problem will wipe out everything after the ‘.
I’ve seen this problem before in older versions of WordPress. It happened ages ago, but the problem went away – well now it’s back.
This is my test post, I sure hope it works.
